Buckeye Person Services was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, after our team witnessed how urgently individuals with developmental disabilities needed consistent, compassionate, and reliable support. Families were struggling. Services were interrupted. And people who depended on daily care were left without the help they needed.
We created Buckeye Person Services with one mission:
To provide safe, respectful, person-centered care that helps every individual live a fuller, more independent, and meaningful life, no matter their challenges.
Our leadership team brings over 70 years of combined experience working with individuals ages 3 through adulthood, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral or emotional challenges. That experience shapes everything we do—from how we train our team, to the way we communicate with families, to the quality of everyday care we provide.

Been with this company for about a year and couldn’t be happier. They work with my son and do an amazing job. The level of compassion and care exceeds my expectations. They do an amazing job staffing with our crazy schedule. My son has built bonds that will last a lifetime. The owner (David) goes above and beyond for his company.
